Does anybody know if the steam version of Final Fantasy 13 two and lightning returns includes all of the DLC cause I don’t see anywhere where you can buy it at?

Hi ! I live in Japan, and so Steam will only deliver me a version of this game that is entirely in Japanese, according to the notice on the store page. Is the notice actually accurate ? And if so, are there any mods that would enable me play with English text ? Voiceover can stay in Japanese, though Thanks for any advice on this!...

the story just jumps you in but that happens in XIII-2 to but also the combat layout is terrible also what the hell is going going on with evil Sarah ? feels like this game gonna be a terrible playtrugh
