How can I downgrade to 1.3.6?

I have found the cursor no longer shows on the Mac since this update, it was fine until the 1.3.10 update > I cannot find a way to rollback to the previous version.

Same issue here MacBook Pro, MacOS 14.5 (23F79).

I have the same issue with an Intel MacBook Pro (2017) running Mac OS 12.7.5.

Edit: I've put a ticket in to support. It would probably be good for others to do so if you haven't already.

Edit Edit: I should mention I'm streaming from my Steam Deck. Not sure if that makes a difference one way or the other.

Same here, 2017 MacBook Pro, running MacOS 13.6.1.
Same issue here too. 2015 MacBook pro running 12.7.5
Same here… iMac i5 5K 27“ 2017 Ventura
Same issue. Macbook 2016 running 12.5
Same issue here streaming from my windows pc to a macbook pro 2020. It can open steamlink just fine but as soon as there is a change in what window is selected or when you want to actually play the game it crashes with the message 'Steamlink stopped unexpectedly'. Sadly this makes playing the game impossible. It works fine on Android so it is probably related to the new MACos app version.

Same here. Crashes after 10 seconds. No mouse/cursor.
Streaming from Steamdeck to Mac Mini 2014 (12.7.5).
Previous Steam Link app was working fine. Tried a clean reinstall, same issue.

Edit: I used time Machine to retrieve the older version (1.3.6). Works now! I still have an issue with my mouse not showing at times, but it doesn't crash!

For those still experiencing this bug, I've found an extremely janky workaround. I have no idea how or why this works.

1) Open Steam Link, and select "Start Playing"
2) When your Steam library loads, quickly hold Escape and select "Stop Streaming"
3) When the Steam Link start page loads again, quickly click "Start Playing" again (if you stay here for too long, the app will crash)

When I follow these steps, my library loads and the app does not crash. Again, I have no earthly idea why this works.

confirmed this works!!!

you just need to exit streaming once by yourself before it crash,
then it will work as usual.

Thank a lot!
Same here on a macbook pro 2015.

Thanks for the workaround but developers should fix this.
