if i unlock achievements in paid version does it unlock in the F2P version too?

I have heard that there were patch for Linux version which fixed some crashes related with achievement and that people started to receive it. I am on windows and still unable to get that achievement. It is not listed anywhere ingame, still 7.1% of people got it....

if i buy Dwarves?! steam game do i get all the dlcs in F2P equivalent game?

I thought I would go ahead and start a thread for everyone who was lucky enough to get a Steam Key to try it out to post their thoughts on it all in one place instead of a bunch of threads about it.
