Error while playing
Failed to start process for this game: "The parameter is incorrect" (0x57)

I have already tried all the common solution such as validating game, clearing steam cache.

1. Check if there is any windows update available for your device. In case there is an update that includes update for Microsoft .NET Framework restart your device and relaunch your game after an update. If there is no update for Microsoft .NET Framework or you are still having the same issue after an update proceed to step 2.
2. Download and run the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool. Restart your device and relaunch your game. If issues persists proceed to step 3.
3. Run sfc /scannow. Restart your device and relaunch your game
