This game has left me with many questions ever since I last played it. It's surprising magic isn't cracked down upon, when the runes clearly go as far back as the Old Walls, and they're off limits. Some of the runes also remind me of Korean, I am left to wonder if they are a part of a genuine language, and why the ones we do see repeat over and over again in wall designs. We need a sequel, A SEQUEL WE DEMAND IT!

So i played pillars of eternity 1/2, pathfinder kingmaker/wrath of the righteous. While gameplay in wotr is awesome, companions are rather meh in that game, ok most of them. Regil is still awesome. How this game managed to beat games like pillars of eternity 1, deadfire, kingmaker and wotr in terms of quality of the story, companions, npcs, etc....

I have both Pillars of Eternity and it's sequel and i loved Fallout NV but this game is 8 years old now. Is it worth buying? i keep seeing the story is amazing but the end is disappointing and such. Just trying to get an idea while it is on Sale

With a world and characters and writing that was absolutely MAGNIFICENT. Its a shame how lack luster the world felt to actually be in and how lack luster the combat felt in terms of complexities within character building. This game seems like it was obviously rushed a bit but the writing is still one of the best ive experienced in a CRPG. And the story was TOP notch....
