I started w/ MM2. So far i beat Wood and this is a pretty lame weapon. Then i got the heat shot.. BTW, im old enough to have played thes eas a kid when they were NES. And i remember MM2 or 3 had a god weapon but i forgot.. Anyone have any advice on the Boss order i should play. as of now i only have Legacy collection #1 but i'll get the rest.. Fun Fact~ We used to speed run these with a stop watch. i think MM3 but i cant remember....

I enjoyed all 11 Mega Man games. But 6 has to be my favorite. I just really like the level designs and robot masters.

I'm curious to hear from the mega man community rather than just gaming journalists who claim mega man 2 is the best because of nostalgia. I think mega man 2 is a fine game, but of the classic series its my personal least favorite. I think there's a lot of overlooked design flaws in mega man 2, everywhere from poor boss patterns to bad weapon balance to unfair level design. I know the game was rushed, but it feels like someone just equipped the metal blade for play testing and said it was fine....

MM2 is the most over rated game of all time. Its a broken mess with extremely questionable hit boxes and atrocious level design.
