Steam input vs this

I was using CC perfectly untill yesterday, i upgraded my PC and installed Windows 10 1511 and now, every time i try using a modern app(The ones i downloaded from the store) it seems that both Windows and CC are geting commands from my controller and, for example, when i press any button on the DPAD on Tubecast the selection moves two times, instead of one, and i cant use the left analog stick to select anything. Is there a way to disable Windows getting commands from my controller?...

i have purchased and downloaded the content but it will not launch. Pressing the launch button will only serve to start the program for 3 seconds. i have no been able to use any of the available functions.

Is this worth getting if I ordered a Steam Controller? I want to not have to bother with a keyboard and mouse anymore and Steam support said they have no plans to make the texting function work outside of Steam proper

im having issues removing/disabling that annoying big picture mode from steam every time i press the home/guide button on my xbox controller when playing games, does anyone know how i get rid of that ♥♥♥♥ so i can play games on my computer without Big Picture mode popping up and interfere with my gaming? plz any1, help a noob in need...
