I have hacking and the other functions I can't work out how to make it use hacking It shows only Thermal Vision

Guys I have RTX 4070, 32GB of ram and this game still stutters in 1080p on medium settings. The FPS is around 45-55 and won't run smoothly. Any solutions ?

This mod has two versions. The Unofficial Patch focuses on bug fixes and minor QoL improvements. The Improvement Project tries to improve core game mechanics. If you've just bought the game and want to know which install option to use, download the latest release and use the Unofficial Patch option.
