As far as i know, last update is from june 2023 so chance are they have moved on.

Yeah the game sadly underperformed by a lot. Dont expect any story DLC or any sequel.

Game just needs a sequel and hopefully they'll allow you to explore like in Marvel Ultimate Alliance

The game came out in 2022 man.... do you guys not check for this stuff before you ask these questions?

The game is great but wasn't a commercial success, don't hope for more DLC or a sequel...

That makes me sad but that's the way the business works.

The reason why I recently got into this game is all thanks to BG3. So, all they got to do is give me more of what I like, and I'll pay for it.

whole team laid-off, and jake's now working on a Sims-esque game

Midnight Suns sold like just over 500,000 copies. it was a financial disaster

Compared to some stuff that is getting released nowadays, I wouldn't call it a disaster, but it certainly underperformed, and with Jake out of Firaxis, chances of either sequels or more DLC are close to zero.
