Report a translation problem
The first time you load the game, it tries to pick the language you have set in Steam. However, after that initial load, it ignores Steam's language selection.
In that case, if you want to change your locale for Timespinner, you must do it in the Title Screen- the one where it says "New Game, Continue, etc". On the bottom left part of the screen, it will have an icon that looks like a message box containing "...". The button to popup that menu should be your secondary menu button, which is Square on a PlayStation controller. That opens the localization menu for you to change your language.
Hope that helps!
