Finding the real TIS-100
Years ago, around the late 1990's. I stumbled across a website that had a program that simulated a CPU that was made of individual mini chips kinda like what is portrayed in this game. It had multiple ports connecting and each 'chip' stored essentially one instruction? I cant recall, I think it was someone's thesis project for their masters or something. It ran on windows 95. Unfortunately I no longer have that program as it was several computers ago. Does anyone know anything about it? I would love to get it again. It was much more complicated than what is provided here and had a large grid which was simulated. (edit: added more detail that I recalled)
