Sorry to respond so late, but maybe you'll see it one day. The predetermined sets of outputs for the 3 tests intentionally avoid a situation where 2 or more inputs are repeated. the random test doesn't avoid that scenario. I haven't combed through your solution, but i would guess that it won't handle that situation in a predictable manner.
