Dark Souls III Technical Support [UPDATED 4/12/16]
Hello everyone and thanks for joining us! It's been a long road until launch, but we are finally here. We wanted to share some information for everyone to keep in mind on their journey. First off, please note the minimum and recommended system specifications -

System Requirements

MINIMUM:

Processor: Intel Core i3-2100 / AMD® FX-6300
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce GTX 750 Ti / ATI Radeon HD 7950
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 25 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX 11 sound device
Additional Notes: Internet connection required for online play and product activation

We understand that some customers are experiencing unexpected crashes and FPS drops. These issues are currently being investigated by the development team. We encourage everyone with issues to get in touch with our Customer Support team so they can properly document and escalate your experiences. See below for a message from our CS team.

Reporting Issues to our Customer Support Team

Thank you to all of you who have been providing additional information and reproduction steps for the issues that you have been experiencing with the recently released Dark Souls III. In an effort to gather as much information possible, and have it sent to the correct contacts to be looked into further by our internal teams and development staff, we recommend sending the following detailed information to the appropriate support team for your region:

Name of Game: Dark Souls III
Version of Game: (i.e. PC/PS4/XB1)
Region of Game: (i.e. Americas/Canada = NA, Europe = EU, Asia = AS)
App Ver.: (i.e. 1.00 / 1.01 / 1.02 / 1.03 etc.)
Regulation Ver.: (i.e. 1.00 / 1.01 / 1.02 / 1.03 etc.)
Direct X Diagnostic file: (for PC customers only)
Description of the issue/bug: (detailed information regarding the bug/issue encountered and include as many steps to reproduce the issue as possible as it will help internal teams when checking the issue).

Thats great...but ya know. Bought the steam version, currently live in japan, and for some reason I download a 200mb file instead of Dark Souls 3...Fix please?

I know console is big in japan but if you're gonna sell on steam, then get your ♥♥♥♥ straight and make a proper PC port. This is unacceptable

My download doesn't finish, it's just stuck at 17.2 GB and not loading..

my download tab show that its 17.2/17.3 GB , it never increases and still not playable because the download wont complete

As you might already know, controllers are not working. For me, not by unplugging all other input devices, not via third party programs, nothing. My controller is actually just an old PS2 controller with an USB adapter, but it has worked for every steam game I own so far, including Dark Souls I and II and save for one specific game.
