i actually think was that, cause i didnt use any cheat or maybe because i liked to change builds and saves like all the time, maybe was that i dont know, im not going to contact them again cause i created another account and im tired of waiting for their emails

they didnt, it was a 30 day ban they said in the emails and nothing else

That's quite rude buddy.
Innocent people did get banned however you were not one of them, how I know? Because I helped people with that, I have been around for a while, contacting namco resolved the issue, how come that's not the case for you buddy? Was it perhaps because it wasn't an injected item ban?
From your comment it couldn't be more obvious that you don't understand how softbans work.
The thing is I do not have to convince anybody that you cheated, you know you did and for that you got banned.
Calling me a ''stupid moron'' for mentioning your mistake only proves my point.
Rather than try to play your drama and throw tantrums here go contact namco again, if you are being honest you should get your ban lifted.

Item injections haven't been a thing since early 2020. They patched that oversight more than four years ago. And even if you were affected by this, you can easily ask Bamco to remove the ban. Typically, they’ll ask you to delete your character and wait for an undisclosed amount of time. This can range from one week if you’re lucky to up to one month. If you don’t delete the character and attempt to log in again, the anti-cheat will flag you once more.

From what I’ve gathered from others' testimonies and my own experience, a Bamco employee can unban you just minutes after your appeal. However, they tend to give you time to remove any problematic files on your end, including corrupted save files and any mods you may be using. Sometimes, they may forget to unban you afterward, just ask them again. It does happen.

Now I don't know what you did, but the anti-cheat does work. Here are several things that can and will get you banned:
1. Mod Engine
2. Old shaders
3. Some mods
4. Some cheat engine scripts
5. Item injection (no longer an issue, as mentioned earlier)

Also, these bans are permanent. It doesn’t matter if three years or a decade has passed, as long as you refuse to contact Bamco, you will not be magically unbanned.
