That's the worst offline grind in the game for 100% achievements. I gave up after like 4 hours and am waiting for a friend to logon to do it that way.

That is the only sane way. I tried farming Silver Knights for Darkmoon/Blue sentinels and they just refuse to drop. I got way more lucky with Grasses for Wolf. Even with 1/30 chances(350 item drop, mimic chest head, golden serpent, rapier-off hand and coins) it's super random..
