Hi,

My girlfriend would like to start a new playthrough. Unfortunately, the pools are already activated and the shells she had found have disappeared. We have already deleted the save file in the Steam folder, but it keeps coming back, even when the cloud function is disabled and Steam is in offline mode. Can anyone help us?
