How you guys take and upload screenshots if there is no steam overlay?

use the print scr button on your keyboard and copy to an image editing program like Paint or GIMP.

Thanks for the answer, but how to upload them on steam?

Use printscreen and paste in paint then move to C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\"something"\760\remote\3910\screenshots and C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\"something"\760\remote\3910\screenshots\thumbnails add screenshots to there, thumbnails should be 200x125 jpeg and the screenshot .png, replace "something" with some numbers, i believe your steam id. after that you need to wait for steam to sync them
Find that info on some screenshots, maybe it will help
