The phone is ringing and I can't answer it.. How do I get past this place?! (telefonun çaldığı yeri nasıl geçebilirim?)

Game gives me massime migranes and nausea after playing for a couple of minutes. No idea why, i never felt like that before. Anyone have any idea of what setting may be causing it? Other than that the game seen pretty cool, it is a shame i probably wont be able to play anymore....

I the game options fullscreen is put to yes and cannot be disabled. Alt enter does ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. The game constantly does resolution switch when I alt tab. The goal is to get the game to fullscreen borderless or windowed if not possible. How can I make this happen?? i search entire internet no solution......

I started playing and I'm just in a house with no idea who I am or what anything means or why I should care. I'm finding notes and stuff, but I have no context for them. Am I playing as the person these notes were written to? Is this my house? What is any of this to me?...
