Error in sub payment
What's happening is that I can't make the payment for my sub because this error message appears at the time of the transaction right after I'm redirected from mogstation to steam (to make the payment for the sub)
the message is "an unexpected error occurred while authorizing your transaction, try again" I've tried every way but the error persists and the worst of all is that I only have 3 more days of sub

Best to contact support if you haven't already but who knows how many days you'll have to wait. It doesn't help they have no knowledge database for troubleshooting common errors too, multi billion yen corporation btw. :lunar2019piginablanket:

I have already contacted support and, surprisingly, they respond very quickly, but the problem persists, I don't know what to do anymore.

if you have a standard subscription version then the error usually shows + is usually a few days before the end. When your sub runs out completely then you can only renew
