MASSIVE BUG!
SO great. all the ai/ npcs have dispeered from manhanttan and the other open world areas, the cars are still there but with no drivers, so no pedestrians i tried relaunching the game still the same. NOT HAPPY!!! the missions are still there and the other heores to unlockn but no civilians but i can hear them tlaking and like i said the cars are driving with invisible people!!

yeah i did the mission i was on at the time and then went to free roam and everyone was back
