Research ( ? )
When research anything that doubles production or offers a boost. Is it wise to wait until you a significant amount of resource production first? Or will it have the same results no matter when I research them?

1, taking the upgrade. Wait halve the time to get the resouces again..
2, wait the same amount of time you did to buy the upgrade with out loss...

I would pick option 1
