Where do you get wonder parts?
And do wonders carry over or do you have to build them every colony?

Enchanted fragments used to build wonders are gotten from raiding ruins on the world map (in the Military tab). They are very tough though. And yeah, once a wonder is built, it's built forever and carries across colonies

But there are only three each time, so you never can get to build even one wonder...

It takes some time/colonies to gather required amount :)

yes i raided them only got 3 parts and the other raids only get u experience books.. so u never can't built wonders ?!?!?1 or do these parts go to next reset????

The parts carry over. You can only get 3 each time from my understanding. A long grind.
