Change refresh rate? Framerate also stuck at 60...

Is there a way to change the refresh rate? Being stuck at 60hz on a 144hz monitor is just painful.

It's the game problem with full screen.
In full screen, it sets your 144Hz to 60Hz only, then it has Vsync alwasy on.

I managed to get 900 fps in full screen by forcing vsync off at driver level, but the refresh rate is still 60Hz. I still can't find a way to make the game to set refresh rate at 144Hz in full screen.
