cheap small PC suggestions for turning this into a picture frame
hello I'm looking for a cheap small PC to use wallpaper engine as a picture frame any suggestions would be wonderful

You may first want to check the resolution and refresh rate of the picture frame you are planning to use/purchase. Selecting suitable specs for a tiny pc will depend on that. The bigger the frame and the higher the fps, the higher the requires specs will be.

Edit: Also take into account that some wallpapers require more processing power than others!
