It's okay if you don't like the game, that's something everyone is entitled, but leaving me seeing a review that's negative, and saying "refunded" disallows me to help you solve any problems you're experiencing. I don't think anyone has suggested anything about the game that I haven't spent putting time in to fix it....

Im using my steam controller, when the game starts i have to use my mouse to go to options to enable controller and all is well till i die and then it reverts back to kb/m and usually glitched into running one direction or the other. I really dig this game so i hope i can find a fix . ty for reading...

Greetings. So as the title suggests I'm having issues with both. Regarding the graphics issue, as with Primordia, I have to run this with DirecDraw to see the game otherwise if I choose DX9 I just get a black screen with the music playing in the background. So I don't know if this is going to be a common issue with these games, but I would like to utilize the best possible settings if I can. As far as I know, there are some issues with the Steam controller, unfortunately I do not own one, neither did any of the testers or people that played the game prior to its release. 1) If you go on the game settings (inside the game) on main menu (Options), and set the mode to keyboard (instead of controller/joystick), I'm assuming this can work, since Steam Controller emulates keyboard.
