Woman-hating culture is ruining TF2
Like in any other multiplayer shooter, there are lots of misogynists. But let's focus on TF2.

In TF2, as a woman/feminine person, you have a higher chance (it's pretty big) of being harassed, insulted, sexually solicited or kicked if someone finds out you're a feminine person/opposite gender, especially if you speak in microphone with a feminine voice, everyone will tell you to "shut up" or that "you're fat", say stuff like "go to kitchen" and "serve some men". Mysogynists think that woman are home keepers, people (men) pleasers and say that they shouldn't play "boys" games. Mysogynists don't recognize women as invdividual persons, rather, as inferior creatures. Men will oftenly focus the "second gender" out of their prejudices and hate towards feminine persons and women.

Hating on women only ruins TF2, it doesn't prolong the life of the game, it destroys it. The female gaze is important, it helps to see things what man gaze cannot and improve the game experinece for women, not only men. If everything was built in the game through female gaze equally to men gaze, we would have more diversity and people playing TF2. Basically, everything is built for men, not woman, there's not even a single (playable) character to play as, which is bad. There's also misogynistic Spy's voice domination line when he dominates a Pyro saying "Good lord, you fight like a woman", which promotes stereotypes and hate towards women.

I've got some ideas on how we can fix this issue. Remove the Spy's voiceline, make female class reskins with professional women actors voice lines, actually hire moderators to monitor and ban/mute for mysogynistic behaviour, add special events on March 8, like hosting only women competitive matches, changing TF2's main menu on March 8 to suit international women's day, adding new content to the game, giving gifts that bring attention to issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence and abuse against women, making a felicitation devlog on March 8 or make a whole video about it in TF2 style.

An example (video) of mysogynistic behaviour that got over 300k likes with disgusting sexist comments like "сomedy in it's finest", "Me when women that "fought" for gender equality get drafted" and "When women say they deserve same pay as men". The example will be down in the comments.

it also acts as a convenient fallback for the people pushing these ideas

it's well established that neonazi recruitment fronts like 4chan have deep roots in gaming communities, tf2 in particular
people need to stop pretending like these ideas just spring up from the ground as a casual fact of life
these are loosely coordinated efforts to push youth towards harmful political biases, and it's time people took them seriously

59% of people that hate spy, hate him because of him being sexist. Also, you might like to travel to eastern europe we only focus our hate based on nationality rather than sex.
