Improved plugin support?

Are plugins going to be improved more than the base support in normal source? Because I know they apparently arent very powerful(in normal source) as you cant add entities, and it would be cool to copy an entity from an open source source engine game and just import the c++ into p2ce....

Added support for Steam Workshop
Added command jpeg360 for capturing 360 screenshots
Added ConVar sv_enablepreferredcarry to allow for disabling preferred carry angles
Added P1/HL2 object throwing, enabled through the ConVar player_throwenable
Added support for ZSTD compression to VTF v7.6

Fixes (6)

Added aliases snd_musicvolume and snd_menumusic_volume for new the ConVars snd_volume_music and snd_volume_menumusic for backwards compat with old sound scripts
Fixed a crash related to laser beam particle effects when the attached reflector cube is deleted
Fixed a crash when creating npc_barnacle without HL2 assets mounted
Fixed crash related to material proxies on a prop_combine_ball
Fixed crash when a func_clip_vphysics fails to create its VPhysics object
Fixed some maps with displacements not having collision
