Can anyone tell me how to change language to russian while keeping written language english?
Prolly some kind of .ini edit is enough but I need to know exactly which and how

Unfortunately it is not possible to make changes in this context. But you can change the language to Russian completely. If you have played this game before, you should not be any difficulties with the menu. Only in the dialogues with the characters will it be difficult to understand what is required of you.

Try to download Russian audio for the game. It will replace the original English with Russian if put into "eng" folder, and then you should be clear to go.

Copy them to the game folder

Russian is the original audio, not Ukrainian.
