I'm on DAY 5 and Kelly get's stuck at random moments. I can't get him to move. Any fix? The game kinda becomes unplayable having to reset all the time..

I tried Beat Cop for the first time last night and am inclined to like it a lot. However, my first game ground to a screeching halt when the cop just stopped moving. Every once in a while I see this progress bar over his head go all the way down, then build all the way back up, but he just stands still. I waited a while, thinking maybe I'd given him too many orders or something, but it didn't get any better.
