Achievement Issues
Hey folks, I’ve beaten the game, but somehow missed two achievements that should have been unmissable: “Annah, Rose of My Eye” and “Friends, Indeed.” There was some glitching the first time around with the rescue quest for the latter, but I definitely got Annah as a companion and kept her the whole game, so not sure what could have happened. In a new play through, I just got Annah again, and still no achievement. Is there something I’m missing?

I have the same problem here. I didn't get the achievements for gaining Fall-From-Grace and Ignus as companions. I did use the debug console to change my dexterity for one skill check and to teleport since I got softlocked on a set of stairs, but I heard console cheats don't affect achievements so I assume it's just an unfortunate bug or that certain cheat commands disable achievements.

I eventually had to turn to the console to fix this. There is a console command to give yourself a full party, and when I used this, I got "Annah, Rose of My Eye". I imagine this would work for the other companions, too?
