What's so Tormenting about this game?
I bought this popular Planescape Torment game, i hope i didn't make a mistake and bought Planescape Delight or something... So, is there any torment in this game or not?

Life is torment.
I'm asking about the game, not life
Stupid questions are “Tormenting”.
Yes. Not for you as a player, but the story is extremely tragic.

In what way? No spoilers, please

Impossible to answer without a spoiler really and you'd be doing yourself out of one the best gaming experiences in existence. Play and find out

Alright, i'll play it... I have nothing, but time here, in this cold wilderness...
I will avoid spoilers as well but I think I can say that since the main character "The Nameless One" is trying to recover his memories (and name obviously) he learns along the journey that some memories are pleasant while others are not. Thus the "torment" from possible regret.

Hope that helps a little.

Planescape Torment is scary aliens on some crazy world. Placescape Delight is a wonderful, frothful coffee substitute. And it contains 50% less Amnesiac Gods!
Getting the game to run is torment in itself.
"What can change the nature of a man?"

By the time you learn the answer to that question, your original question will also be answered.
