Any other games that are similar now that I've finished it?
this was a lot of fun - wishing for more games that bend space and perception... Any suggestions? One that comes to mind is antichamber, not quite as impressive warping of space or visuals but also rather non-euclidean...

those definitely look like fun (thanks for the suggestion!) but I wouldn't say they are similar to this game, at least from a cursory glance.
Here's a list of puzzle games that involve space-warping mechanics or a sense of "what if M.C. Escher was a game designer."

The Bridge
Paper Trail
Monument Valley
Monument Valley 2
Moncage
Gorogoa
The Pedestrian

I'm not sure if they entirely fit what you're looking for, since none of them are first person 3D games.
Interesting that you mention "The Pedestrian", I was just about to give up on it after about 1 hour in, does it get significantly more interesting if I keep on going?

I mean, I enjoyed it, but it stays relatively simple until the last section of the game. The last puzzle has this weird mechanic where things you do in the 2d space subtly change things in the 3d space to allow you to continue (or maybe it was the 3d affecting the 2d; it's been a while since I played it). It's kind of hard to explain unless you play it.

I beat the whole game in under 5 hours.
