Launcher stays after game loads, stays after I quit game

Yep.

Have to task manager it off which is silly and annoying but not really game breaking.

I'm on Windows 10, but I just click on the tiny ^ arrow at the bottom right of my Windows screen. If I see a Sims3 icon there, I right-click on it and close the launcher that way.
