You can't reset your account via EA App and using your email? Because if not, you may have to contact customer support.

I'm sorry, but I'm having a hard time understanding what's happening here.

If you bought simpoints recently (?), you must have done so through EA App, meaning that you had to have registered an ID, email and password with EA. I don't believe you can purchase simpoints any other way.

If you purchased simpoints, that means you have an EA ID account and that you should be able to reset your password again by accessing the "forgot your password" link when you first reopen EA App.

So, where are you having difficulty resetting your password? If you log out of EA App and then relaunch it, you should get a login page and from there see the link asking you to reset password. There, you can either enter your email or EA ID.

if youre talking about the sims 3 website or trying to log into your sims account in game, its the same email and password as the EA app. theyre all linked together so if you can log into one of them you can log into both.

But when I try doing it in game it says wrong password but it'll work out of game

ooof thats an issue i was dealing with a few years back, i could log into origin all fine but i wasnt allowed to log into the launcher/in game. i think i reset my password and that made it work but its been so long so i cant fully remember how i fixed it :(

It worked must be a bug or glitch but thank you for the help
