I think this happens every Monday morning, but I think I may have missed it some weeks.

They should just give like 5-8 free rubies every day for logging instead imo, there's no harm in more incentives rather than these 25 free ruby in shop on 'random' days

In theory, you shouldn't have missed it, the shop has not done the daily reset yet, it is in 30 minutes. The free rubies appear in the ruby shop above the gold shop.

I got the free rubies yesterday(Sunday) so... maybe its every 6 days or some other weird schedule.

I got mine Sunday as well. I don't think there are different deals for different players. We could check ourselves and between us we could find out. Comparing screen shots of the days deals, etc. Also we should keep in mind the differences in players and time zones.

Or maybe someone who knows for sure could answer that.
