First, none of those words individually or in that sentence seem banworthy. If you can get hold of the devs/admins/moderators they should be able to lift that if they recognize their mistake.
Other than that it could have been temporary and the ban expired years ago. No harm in logging in after all this time just to test/confirm before making a support ticket.
Perhaps they were aiming for someone else in the chatroom who said something horrible.
But as you say this was a perma I'm sure they have the reason (and the exact conversation) written down somewhere else its not worth having applied the ban.

It could have been some gameplay thing too... but unless there was some network glitch that they detected as cheating then I have no further ideas for you.

I was here to witness this event, this guy Kubark, In Memory of Laika downloaded some cheaty weatys and decided to hack the game up admins banned him.. he is clearly a big liar and not saying everything

He obviously is, nobody right in his mind would give up a game he spent 4k hours on because of a chat ban

I didn't even know I still had this game on my computer until this update came alone. I got rid of it after reading their not so privacy policy
