Crash reporting

Hi all,

PCF QA team is here. We are monitoring the forums and we are aware that some of you have problems with crashes. In order to investigate and fix them we need as many data regarding those instances as possible from you. If you encounter a crash on your system, please send Dxdiag, launch log and core dump file to Bulletstorm-Support@peoplecanfly.com and let us know what you observed on your screen. Launch logs and core dumps can be found here: C:\Users\"YourUserName"\Documents\My Games\Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition\StormGame\Logs As soon as we pinpoint the source of those crashes we will be pushing a patch to fix them and other issues.

That is good news, the crashes seem to happen on loading screens

When I start the game for playing, i can see the icon "game launch" and 2 second after "synchronisation" and it's finish. The synchronisation begin when you stop the game in normal condition. But here, the game has'nt start.

Some of my specs: Intel i5-2450M (2.5 GHz), 6 GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD 7600M.
The problem is that after intros the game crashes along with Steam (on a main menu load stage).

ditto, the same works on the multiplayer loading screen from a game or from the main menu

I can't even get the game to actually start. It boots up, but screen/window just stays solid black until I ctrl-alt-delete and use task manager to close it. 8 GB RAM, AMD FX-8300 Eight Core Processor (3.30 GHz), GeForce GTX 970.

at least you can use ctrl+alt+delete, some of us can't even do that.

My specs:
CPU : AMD Phenom II 955 X4 - Processor 3.2 Ghz Black Edition
Memory : Kingston 6 GB 1333
Board : Asus Neo V2
Video Card : Gigabyte R9 270X Windforce 3X Cooling System 2 GB
SO: Windows 7 64 bits.

CPU usage reaches 90% wtf!
Game ...freezes, crash, no load, black screen. Excessive memory usage reaches 100%. System fail Can not be minimized with alt + tab also works ctrl + alt + delete.
