First and only playthrough with Duke Nukem or without?
I'm only going to play this once. Should I use Duke Nukem since I bought it, or is it a better experience to play it "normally"?

Best to play it through normally first to get the gist of the story but if your only doing it the once, might as well play as Duke to get your monies worth.
