I don't understand sector 700 on Figure 7G, the Sector Map
The dotted lines have me questioning whether the ping ≤ 50 case only applies to sync = 60 or whether it applies to all syncs (except 0). Figured it's probably best to ask before implementing a solution.

Dotted line means that yes, the 700 ring is one sector that applies to everything but 0 syncs for pings less than or equal to 50.
