[TUTORIAL] How to adjust refresh rate (144hz etc...)
Hey guys, i've seen some people asking how to get passed the 60 fps cap. And because i own a 144hz monitor i wanted to do it aswell but i didn't found anybody succeeding so i dug into the game files and found how to.

1 - Locate your game folder (ex : C:\Program Files (x86)\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hello Neighbor)

2 - Access "Hello Neighbor" folder then "Config" folder.

3 - Edit "DefaultEngine.ini" with any text editor.

4 - Find those two lines :

bUseFixedFrameRate=False
FixedFrameRate=60.000000

5- Change them like this and change the number according to your monitor (144hz for me):

bUseFixedFrameRate=True
FixedFrameRate=144.000000

6 - Appreiciate the smoothness of your monitor :)

they removed v-sync now you can play at ur stuff

Did this, but now movement is slow

Yeah that's kinda what happens when you force a UE game past what its supposed to go to

It happens because his refresh rate is lower

The movements in the game have slowed down (360hz)

Fixed this changing value: SmoothedFrameRateRange=(LowerBound=(Type=Inclusive,Value=1000.000000),UpperBound=(Type=Exclusive,Value=1900.000000))
