I usually cancel the "network access" for all games when they first start and have never had a problem until now. I have tried rerunning the game, deleting the WIN64 BINARIES file, allowing the game through the firewall and verifying the game files but nothing helps. When I start the game the splash screen pops up, the alarm clock starts running and then the game closes.

Is there a way to fix this without downloading the game again? I have a very slow ISP. If not, will downloading the game again fix the problem or is it just a waste of time?
