It can run 65 knots, has insane acceleration that pins you to your seat, and brakes like a race car. Hi all, Just wondering on how realistic is it that anti-ship missions often start with enemy destroyers (?) or otherwise ASW ships using active sonars. As far as I understand, the usage of active sonar is a big no-no, unless in active combat against a known submarine and I struggle to understand how they would detect my sub, running ultra-quiet and around 5-10 km away.
