If I get my new ship I can´t drive it. I see the drive animation to the rocks but then I can press any key but nothing happens. Can somebody help me pls.

Hello, I've bought this game a few days ago, but when I want to play it, it always quits itself after a few seconds and I don't get any message that helps me to find the problem. I appreciate all help.

I just got the game a few hours ago and every time I try to launch it, it says i either have to close the program or wait for the program to load. Waiting for it to load doesn't do anything cause if I click on it, the same pop up appears and closing and reopening it doesn't do anything either. I've restarted my pc a few times, checked if my drivers needed updates and even reinstalled the game and nothing is working. Any idea what I can do?...
