Every time I think I played everything, I'm so, so absolutely glad to be so wrong.
I'll be bundling this review with EP 1 and 2, but obviously not 3!
Hello Charlotte is a confusing, chaotic and honestly an absolute mess of a game, and also one of the most creative, absurd and outright best stories I've ever seen.
Hello Charlotte shows a story not made to be easy to understand, it very clearly exists on the basis of an "unreliable narrator", where nothing you see can be truly processed as you see, and not everything can be trusted.
Layers and layers of plot structure are used to make this one of the most complex worlds I've ever seen, but also very clearly meaning to tell a very clear message of anxiety, bullying, struggles through life, struggles to be understood and struggles to be seen. It's a heavy game, but extremely entertaining for whoever wants to experience it. Please check it out, it's extremely cheap and better than any triple A I've ever played.
