i have installed a mod the i tried to open the game and it said running but after 2 sec its closing itself the i removed the mods and the bug is still there how can i remove all data from lego city so that i can start from the begin

When you are in the library page right click on the game. Then select properties and select verify files. It should delete and reinstall any non official files.
