Characters not mentioning Chizuru's name?

So, I've wondered this for a while, in Edo Blossoms, they say Chizuru's name voice and all.
But in Kyoto Winds, they don't say her name even when you put in the default name. I know the PSVita does otherwise, but they don't say her name in the pc.
I know its kinda petty, but was that just an audio issue or did the PC devs decide not to put it in for the lack of attachment or something....?

They only say her last name which is Yukimura. Since the characters weren't really close with Chizuru, they say her last name out of respect.

Yeah for some reason the PC kyoto winds doesn't voice chizuru's name. I was super bummed about that. But they definitely voice it in edo blossoms. I doubt it would've been a deliberate decision made, and if so I really can't understand the reason why :/
