Yuppie Psycho
so what exactly is "voice" cassette about?
here are the lyrics:
"The white witch dwelled in the mountain
Watching a lost soul take from her fountain
She swore by fang and skin,
tooth and nail, wicked spell
That all would hide and wail
and share the tale of blood and hell

I saw the sun rise with stars that burned bright into a red sky
I heard a voice cry in search of a new light,
maybe an old lie

La la la la la,
la la, la la La la la la la,
la la, la la

I saw the sun rise"

i guess that the witch is the snake and the soul is domori.
But i am not sure when this happened: when rei left domori behind,
or when the snake and the girl first met. Also why did the snake want to help her? and who`s domori?

I've listened to this song many times, but I've never gained what felt like a complete picture of it. I would guess you're correct that the Snake itself is the actual Witch, and not Domori. After all, the Snake seems to have no issue finding/creating another "witch" in the Brian CEO ending after Domori's and Rei's deaths. There's also some pieces of imagery and dialogue that suggest it, such as in the cutscene where Xiu talks about dreaming of seeing a witch "behind the curtains" (the wording of which in of itself is rather suggestive of the Snake being the true Witch) and it being this creepy white monster hand that looks (and sounds) much more like the Snake rather than anything like what Domori's hands look like (which we do actually get a look at thanks to Rei when we control her body in the burning sequence - curiously, Kate's left hand looks similar except for not being alabaster white while she is possessed*), or Brian being convinced that he was speaking to the Witch after he encountered the giant mouth, or Sintra flatly telling Brian that Domori is not the actual witch, or even just the fact that Domori has been frozen in crystal for seemingly decades at this point.

That last bit is interesting, because in A.M.'s cutscene where she explains how Domori was brought into the Sintra family, she says that Sintracorp's collapse only began when "Rei" disappeared (i.e. after Domori and Rei switched bodies and Domori-in-Rei's-body ran away into the Snake's lair to never be seen again, presumably to be frozen in crystal at some point somehow), and it wasn't until after Xiu and Joao burned Rei that it suddenly stopped. I think this point might be key, because the rules mentioned by A.M. say that if you make her happy, great fortune will bestowed upon you, but if you upset her, then the opposite will occur: Rei would be in a state of hysteria after being forced to switch bodies while also being unable to communicate to anyone else what happened; and since killing Rei-in-Domori's-body is said to immediately put an end to Sintracorp's apparent collapse...I mean, doesn't all of this suggest that Rei actually became the Snake's "witch" when the body switch occurred? If Domori is still the "Witch" at that point, why would Rei's death make her feel any better, enough to stop the collapse of Sintracorp and (temporarily) the effects of the Witch's Curse? So I kind of have to think that the Snake makes Domori-in-Rei's-body its witch again only after Rei is burned to death (which again, we know for sure that the Snake can make new witches thanks to the Brian CEO ending, and it's also suggested in the lyrics of the song). Which is also probably why the Snake tries to make sure that Rei is killed, since the Snake seems to be quite loyal to Domori for whatever reason (perhaps because she's easily manipulated and controlled...or maybe it's just because they've been together for apparently thousands of years?) and wouldn't want Rei to be its witch when it could have Domori again. I think we could interpret this to mean that after this point, the Snake, the real Witch, is acting out the lines of the song, especially what with Domori being frozen in crystal (which may or may not have happened even before Rei was killed).

But all of that's kind of circumstantial, wishy-washy evidence that could just be the result of unreliable narrators or the writers of the game not necessarily thinking how each detail of the story they tell interacts with the others, or even my own misinterpretation. The relationship between Domori and the Snake (and also the rest of her so-called familiars) is never made quite clear enough to concretely say for sure. It doesn't help that Domori herself never says a single word the entire game, even after she switches into Rei's body. Though the Snake does mention something curious there to Rei: when the Snake bites her, it tells Rei that no-one will hear her voice ever again but will hear the Snake's instead. Which again, I think that's suggestive of the idea that Rei is the Snake's witch at that particular point in time, since it seems to imply that the Snake deliberately took away her ability to speak and will speak for her, just like the Snake seems to speak for Domori. But...who knows?

*With regards to Kate and her witchy-looking left hand (her right hand still looks normal, you can see it in both her portraits and also during the bathtub scene when she pushes Brian under the water) while she is being possessed, I've also always questioned exactly who/what is causing the events of the Sintra family home, the whole re-enactment of the body switching and how Rei was killed, to occur. Supposedly, the Witch isn't supposed to be able to touch the holder of the Athame (and indeed, the Snake puts up literally no defense against Brian walking up to Domori and killing her), so how is it that it's taken from Hugo? That would seem to suggest that it's not the Witch/Snake causing the re-enactment but rather the spirits of Rei and her family. We have Brian being possessed by Mr. Devil (which I think there's a mountain of symbolic evidence to suggest is actually the corrupted/enslaved soul of Joao Sintra still trying to fulfill whatever terms he agreed to for his 'deal with the devil'), we have Kate being possessed by...either Xiu Ying or maybe the Snake or possibly both (while she plays out the part of Xiu Ying, remember that her left hand - and just her left hand, just like it's Brian's left eye that mysteriously glows at certain points during the game - does look like the witch's hand, a protective warding is placed on her just like the Sintras used to contain Domori and the Snake, her eyes turn red just like the Snake's and Domori's, and also Kate tries to argue for listening to the Snake and protecting Domori, so who knows, maybe Xiu Ying and the Snake are both fighting for control of Kate's body or something, would explain why she's acting pretty hot and cold during that whole sequence), and then we have monster Rei Sintra that takes the Athame from Hugo (kind of just like how android Rei takes it away from Brian in the original ending?). It's a whole family act to try to put all the pieces together in order to explain what happened, I suppose. The writers probably have definitive answers to at least some of these questions, but fat chance we'll ever know them.
