Can't launch the game

I see a splash screen - cool artwork, btw - and then I get an error. I am using Windows 10.

NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Version: v1.9.0.1643
Scene: TitleScene

Stack Trace:
UILegend.OnDestroy ()

As I posted - Ticket submitted on the Firefly site.

BTW - not salty, but the ticket is still unassigned...this is not a good thing.

Close this one out. Whatever the issue was, it's cleared now. I can finally launch and enjoy the game. Just FYI though - support didn't catch the fact I couldn't launch the game and sent me the troubleshooting for in-game crashing.

"Missed it by that much" - Good Luck and thank you for trying to help and now I will go enjoy the game which seems to be quite good.

Aaaand it's broke again. Same exact error. Loading screen weird blue screen.

Hi again,

After reports of other issues we may have found the caused. Do you have a game controller connected when launching the game, in particular, a F310 Gamepad? If so, can you try launching the game without this disconnected and see if the game launches fine?

We are looking into a fix which we will release with the next update.
