same here, have tried changing the keys in the options but it still won't transform and the game doesn't register i've pressed the trigger buttons at all (yes i've checked everything is working)

Same issue. When I play with keyboard, appears to be working. Unable to switch characters when using controller and when I switch from the keyboard to the controller, no matter what character I was on, it will immediately switch back to the rabbit.

yeah this is so bad dead game i suppose
