Game Crashes In The Same Spot For 3 times in a row
third chapter when you are sliding and about to pick up a red box the game crashes

my brother has the exact same issue. using win10. we've dialed down the settings to the lowest possible, turned of everythin, windowed, smallres. made no difference :/

I Got Past It By Sliding to the far right ( holding down A) but now I have Another Game Breaking BUG!!!
After U defeat some crab at the beach a cutscene stars well after the cutscene my game just frozes shows jay in his mech..

Run the game from a file "LEGONINJAGO_DX11.exe, this solved the problem on my computer.

By default, the game starts from the file LEGONINJAGO.exe and he has this error in him.

IT WORKS! didn't notice, that the ico wasn't for the dx11 version. Thanks!

Thanks Sirgyula! That fixed the crashing at this point! Create a new shortcut to DX11..

Did you get past this bug? I have the exact same problem and dx11 file does not work for me.

This game is a garbage and its broken, i cannot pass cutscenes , cant skip it then scene freezes with ambient sound.

No, fortunately kids have outgrown it.

Same problem here with Jay frozen, after the robocrab on the beach. Already tried the DX11 file, reinstall the game, and enable the VSync + Nvidia Painel, but nothing worked.

Problem solved. Try disconnect the gamepad and then start pressing every keyboard command. The scene continues.

Can you explain, how you solved it for you? Or anybody else? I have also the Problem after the Crab with Jay.
